Our Story

The story started back in 1991 when Ken, an electrician at the time went to a plant auction looking to buy a generator, instead he bought a crane. After 24 years of establishing himself as one the biggest names in the industry, in 2015 he handed over the business to his son Jack.

In the same year they bought their first new crane for the first time since the original back in 1991, meaning that far more jobs could now be taken all over the UK. Business has now grown so rapidly that in 2020 we’ve had to buy an aluminium truck crane just to keep up with our customer demand!

This means we offer a versatility that many of our competitors cannot. We can go from lifting hot tubs for homeowners, large infrastructure projects to Rhinos for Chester Zoo (that really happened!) all in the same day! We are a family run business to the core who always strive to put the customer first - no job too big or small!
